Shipping & Delivery
Most of our products are handcrafted for your order. Production time takes 1-7 business days. In-stock items are typically shipped out 1-3 business days after placing the order.
Standard shipping means delivery by the Ukrainian national carrier Ukrposhta and its partners in other countries (USPS, Royal Mail, DCHL, etc.).
Express shipping means using the services of UPS, FedEx, DCHL. Take into account that during the war, planes do not fly from Ukraine, so the parcel is first taken by car to one of the neighboring countries, most often Poland. And from there it begins its journey by plane to you.
Special courier delivery is possible for many EU countries, UK and Switzerland. In this case, we use the services of private carriers that deliver the package to your address 1-3 days after dispatch, or send it to you by mail from your country, so that you can avoid problems with delays at customs and paying customs fees.
